Parcel Opening Video (Mandatory)
Customers must record a parcel opening video at the time of delivery.
This video is required to verify damaged, incorrect, or missing items.
Without an unedited parcel opening video, returns or refunds will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation by KINDAXE
We may cancel orders due to:

Stock unavailability

Pricing or product information errors

Payment verification issues

Suspected fraudulent activity
If your order is cancelled after payment, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel an order before it is processed or shipped.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
If cancelled before processing, we will refund the amount (excluding transaction or payment gateway charges, if applicable).
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed to the original payment method:

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, only if:

Product is unused, unwashed, unopened, and in original condition

Original packaging, invoice, and tags are intact

Parcel opening video is provided for damaged or wrong items

Damaged or defective product

Used, washed, altered, or tampered items

Items damaged due to customer use

Missing tags or original packaging
Return Process

Raise a return request within 30 days of delivery.

Reverse pickup may take 3–6 business days.

In some locations, customer may be asked to self-ship.
If self-shipped, courier charges will be reimbursed up to ₹120 on submission of receipt.
Refund Timeline After Return
Refund is initiated only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.
Total return & refund process may take 6–8 business days.
Multiple Returns & Abuse Prevention
To prevent misuse of the return policy:

Accounts with high return or refusal rates may have COD disabled

A return shipping fee of ₹99 may be applied in such cases
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are offered only if the replacement product is available.
If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
Lost or Damaged During Return Shipping
If customer self-ships the product, responsibility lies with the customer until it reaches our warehouse.
We recommend using reputed courier services.
Cancellation Confirmation
Cancellation requests must be sent via email or helpline.
A confirmation will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
