Where Do We Deliver?
We deliver to all valid postal addresses across India.
Please note that courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so kindly provide your complete street address along with the correct PIN code.
Deliveries are usually made during standard working hours of courier companies, which may vary by region.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays and public holidays, as our logistics partners do not operate on those days.
Transit Time
If your order contains multiple items, you may receive them in separate packages and on different days depending on item availability and warehouse locations.
Some items may be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery.
Transit Risk
All shipments are fully insured at no extra cost to customers.
In case of a delivery failure by the courier company, you will not suffer any financial loss.
However, KINDAXE is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the courier at your address.
Shipment and Tracking Details
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number, courier partner details, and the expected delivery date.
Tracking details may take 24–48 business hours to become active on the courier partner’s website.

Address Change Requests
Orders cannot be modified once confirmed.
However, address change requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us via email.
Multiple Address Orders
Currently, placing a single order with multiple shipping addresses is not supported.
To ship products to different addresses, please place separate orders.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address and PIN code are accurate.
Courier companies may charge penalties for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Customers will be responsible for any such charges or re-shipping fees.
In case of re-shipment due to incorrect address, customers will be required to pay re-shipping charges.
Packing Method
All products are securely packed with protective materials and shipped in corrugated boxes to ensure safe delivery.
Orders are shipped via reputed courier partners using air or surface services and typically delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 48–72 hours after placement.
Delivery is typically completed within 7–9 business days from the order date, depending on location and availability.
Shipping Delays
The availability mentioned on our website indicates the approximate time required to dispatch the product.
If there is a delay due to stock issues or operational reasons, we will notify you via email.
In rare cases, we may ship your order in multiple consignments or offer a refund/store credit for unavailable items.
Delays due to events beyond our control (weather, strikes, regulatory restrictions, etc.) may occur. Refunds or cancellations may not be entertained in such cases, but store credits may be offered at our discretion.
Billing and Shipping Address
The billing address is the address registered with your card issuer.
The shipping address is where your order will be delivered.
Billing address is not required for Cash on Delivery orders.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will wait for 15 days for courier confirmation and then reprocess or reship the order.
